Neat Work Handyman provides residential and commercial handyman services, including but not limited to:

Light bulb replacement

Picture hanging

T.V mounting

Door knob or door lock replacement

Installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

Dryer vent cleaning
All services are performed with care, skill, and professionalism.
2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided based on scope of work and may be subject to change if additional work is required.

Final pricing may vary depending on materials, labor, and complexity.

All pricing is discussed and agreed upon before service begins.
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, Venmo, Zelle, or invoice (for recurring or commercial clients).

A late fee may apply to unpaid invoices past 14 days.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee to cover lost time and opportunity costs.
5. Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure safe and clear access to the work area.

Pets should be secured during service visits.

Any hazardous conditions must be disclosed prior to service.
6. Limitations of Service

Neat Work Handyman does not perform major electrical, plumbing, roofing, or structural work that requires a licensed contractor.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the job is outside our scope or unsafe.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion.

We will assess and attempt to resolve any reasonable concerns promptly.
8. Damage and Liability

Neat Work Handyman is insured for your protection.

While all care is taken, Neat Work Handyman is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Unforeseen structural or material issues

Acts of nature or other uncontrollable events
