At Neat Work Services, we take pride in delivering reliable handyman and janitorial services with professionalism and care. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and service re-do policy below:

Service Re-do Policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, you may request a re-do of the work within 3 days of the completed service. We will return to address and correct the issue at no additional charge.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refunds are available only if the customer cancels the scheduled service with at least 24 hours’ notice before the appointment. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.

  • Refunds due to service issues will only be considered if a re-do is not possible or declined by the customer.

Required Documentation

To process a refund or service complaint, customers must provide photo evidence of the issue or area in question.
